My Process

I start with your weight, your goal and your lifestyle. I will help you choose your number of weeks. This way we will have a proper outlook for you to see and achieve. You get instruction from meal plans and Macros, weights (how and when), cardio heart rate and length of time to pre / post supplements for recovery.
