Vacation Plan

$150 | per week, two week minimum

  • 2-5 weeks for a quick trimming and slimming (depending on your needs.
  • Accountability – twice weekly / (1 weekly call & 1 weekly text).
  • Fitness – Cardio & weight toning program based on what you will be wearing.
  • Food – A meal plan for each week depending on what you need.
    • Intensity.
    • Intermittent fasting.
    • Talks on what to consume wherever you are going to vacation.
  • Supplements – to soothe your tummy for the nights out and to prepare you during the quick trim.
