Laura Brown has been my go-to fitness and nutrition expert for years now. When I learned about her program Your Body Blueprint, I immediately started following along. After seeing her clients get serious results again and again, I knew I had to work with Laura to prep for my wedding.

I am a 44-year old, full-time working mom – and like many out there – used the pandemic as an excuse to slack in the exercise department and reach for an extra glass of wine each night. I reached a point where I gained 12 lbs, wasn’t feeling great, wasn’t sleeping well, didn’t fit well in any of my clothes, and overall knew I needed to snap out of it.

I had been following Laura and her YBB program for the past year and really liked her approach for total overall fitness and personal accountability. So I signed up for an 8-week program with her. I could not have been happier!

About Laura

Professional Fitness & Nutrition Consultant

Laura grew up as a classically trained ballet dancer. Her father was a functional medicine doctor who was decades ahead of the curve regarding the use of supplements and integrating cutting-edge nutritional principles. As an adult, Laura pursued a successful career as a hairstylist, yet always found herself counseling her clients on fitness and nutrition.

In January of 2019, Laura fulfilled a lifelong goal of competing in a fitness contest. After winning both categories she had entered, she realized she wanted to help others achieve their own fitness and nutrition goals. This program is the culmination of her life’s work. Everything from her father’s pioneering work in nutrition, to her work as a personal trainer, certified yoga teacher and professional dancer. She is now excited to share it with others.
